So I read the book and got really excited to see this movie. Though I knew it was going to be terrible because most directors do not follow the book I still went and saw the movie. Most of the characters were nothing as they were in the book. Ethan was nothing like described and Lena was just too extreme. They didn't have the song that was in the book what so ever which is the most important part. There was also a very important birthday party , Halloween day at school, and the Christmas dance. These things were not shown. When they enter the library that is only allowed on Halloween and they do not go every day. When they had the ending they just made that up. Lena never forgets Ethan they go through everything together. Plus whenever those two touch Ethan get an electrical shock that practically kills him a few times. This movie is terrible and is no worth the money to see it.
