I thought this movie was terrific. The young lady was outstanding and it showed a lifestyle that few privileged people ever think about nor get to see. I highly recommend it. This is not an action adventure or a feel-good story but rather an honest look at how many people in the southern bayous live and survive and it is the survival instinct that comes through. The school scenes in particular make one realize what is really important in life.
