Once in the future Marty picks up a sports almanac to bring to the present to make some extra money, but the almanac falls into his father’s rival Biff’s hands. Now with the almanac in his hands, old Biff steals the time machine and gives the almanac to his younger self, dramatically changing the present. Now its up to Marty and the Dr. Brown to go back into the 1950’s intercept the almanac and restore the present.
The sequel to Back to the Future is probably the worst of the three, but that is not saying it’s a bad movie. The problem with any sequel is living up to its predecessor and usually it fails. But a good sequel only fails moderately and that is what part two accomplishes here. The acting is still strong and the humor is still there. Like its predecessor the acting is strong and the story line is pure enjoyment. This movie falls a notch or two, but still gives an A- performance and has you drooling for the third and final chapter of this story.
