The writing for this film is outstanding, and Julie Christie does a faboulous job of expressing emotion through her facial control, vacant stares, confused looks, and touching hands. The tight camera work was wonderful.
I saw CRASH early in its year of release and picked it for Academy Award. AWAY FROM HER is a similar candidate. Everyone, especially those with older parents, should see this film to learn what may be ahead for them.
