Well done, updated version of the book. Surprised that it covered just the first part of the book. Given the movies limited publicity and lack of normal hype, I doubt that we get to see the rest of the story on the big screen. The acting is sub-standard, and the editing is a bit choppy, but overall, the movie was captivating and stayed true to the original story.

If you've read Atlas Shrugged, then you ought to know that the critics' negative reviews are a good sign. Of course they hate the movie; it goes against what they believe in. Critics hated the book as well.

Without a doubt, this was the movie that so many were waiting for, for so long, that the production staff had to do it all in two months... It shows! My opinion is that we should have waited a lot longer.
