Atlas Shrugged: Part II -- The Strike(2012)- User Reviews

I am reading the book a 2nd time and Part 2 is an accurate portrayal of the book. Those who don't like it are mostly liberals who believe the government should control more of our lives - like it is portrayed in the movie. In the movie and in real life, the government fails at being able to run business or choose winners like the failed investments in green energy. There needs to be regulation of capitalism, but not to the point of running their businesses. The real estate debacle we are in is becuase government "required" the banks to make loans they didnt want to make (Community Reinvestment Act), but Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were told to buy these bad loans giving the banks an out.
