Had to see this before the Oscars tomorrow to see what all the buzz was about. Have to say I don't get it. It all seemed a little to "made for Hollywood" to me. And when I looked up the facts, I found out it was. There's no Lester Siegel, not even as a veiled character with a name change to protect an identity. The Kiwis and Brits did not turn away the 6 Americans, in fact they helped quite a bit. I did like John Goodman and his role as John Chambers, but too many people think this is factual, and the revisionist history doesn't sit too well with me.
