It is a mean spirited and dumb anti-Catholic movie. I am not a Catholic myself but found the movie offensive because it strives just do demonize the Catholics.
Tom Hanks acting was unbearable. He was a damn, spiritless expert on everything in the Catholic faith and the Vatican. I did not see so both arrogant and thoughtless acting for a long time.
Directing was incompetent. Howard just strive to smear the Catholic.
The music was heavy handed and very loudly imposing. Just underling the vulgarity of this piece.
