When I saw this movie I was a kid and it scared me because I was to young to see it. The series took off and aliens was awesome in fact it may have been the best SCI-FI film ever made.

Alien is basically about a cargo ship that responds to an SOS beacon of an alien ship. Now after seeing all the films I could likely pen pinpoint the ship or creatures on that ship, but will not.

Now once the Crew examines the alien wreckage one member comes back with a creature that they are unable to remove. Eventually this creature falls free and the crew man Cain says he feels great. Well maybe not so great with the soup he has later. Cain has been infected with a deadly alien life form that claims his life and escapes from the other crew members.

This alien life form grows rapidly into full fledged alien creature in size and proceeds to hunt the crew. Ripley and here cat are the last survivors of the cargo transport, the question is will Ripley be able to survive to make it back to earth? and well will her cat make it also?
