Absolute Power(1997)- User Reviews

I am a really big fan of Clint Eastwood and this proves again why I continue to watch his movies. Eastwood plays a long time thief, Luther Whitney, who just happens to see the President of the United States beat then murder (Secret Service shot her) the wife of a strong financial supporter Walter Sullivan (E.G. Marshall). This movie revolves around the decisions made by the President (Gene Hackman) and Whitney. Really good plot and suspense throughout the movie that kept me interested. Ed Harris also stars as the investigator of Mrs. Sullivan's murder. If you are a fan of Eastwood, go rent this movie today. I recommend this to anyone who likes suspenseful movies. I have not ranked this movie in my top 500 or worst 50 listings.
