A Haunted House(2013)- User Reviews

Appalled, shocked, disgusted....these are just a few of the emotions I felt as we sat in the theater last nite watching Marlon Wayan's movie "A Haunted House" I've never been more embarrassed sitting in a theater in my life!!! I know the movie was Rated-R but I didn't expect THAT....just totally caught us off guard. I felt bad for all the 8 & 9 y/o kids plus my own 16 y/o daughter who were in attendance. It was plenty of youngsters in the theater too. I guess we were all expecting a spoof comedy of the Paranormal Activity movie but nothing like what we seen. It was despicable and over the top disrespectful on a lot of levels. Listen, I'm no Saint by no means, and I got my own share of flaws but you gotta know where to draw the line. When the chick started masturbating using a crucifix, I was done....we walked out....there was a lot in that movie that was just too much & over the top but, that was just down right disrespectful. I won't even rate this movie because it don't even deserve to be ranked imo, it was total garbage. Look, I know its 2013, and I understand comedy and all that but, there are just some things that are too extreme for the big screen with all those people watching like that. Marlon should be ashamed of his self. And to think he was proudly promoting and shamefully plugging that #$%$ while hosting the New Years Eve celebration on Fox. I guess people will do anything for a dollar these days smh (terrible). Don't even waste yo money on that #$%$, this movie aint even boot-leg worthy, its that bad.
