I am not usually a big Adam Sandler fan. Sure I watched Happy Gilmore and liked it, but wasn't too crazy about his other movies.
I REALLY REALLY liked this movie! The settings Hawaii and Alaska are just icing on the cake. I didn't even mind that Rob (whats his name - the guy from "The Animal") was in the movie - it was fun watching Drew pound the living daylights out of him with a bat (sorry Rob).
Once I got over the "amnesia" thing (is this an ACTUAL medical condition???) and bought into (or rather over looked) the story line I really enjoyed it.
The foul language was at a minimum (see Adam - you can make a good movie without foul language) and the visual gags were pleasantly surprising.
And could I ever say enough about Drew - I grew up with her (watching ET) and now I still think she is a great actress (no doubt bout that)! She may get older eventually - but she will always be cute and beautiful in my mind. Cheers to the Natalie Wood of my generation!
