Propelled to fame during the Golden Age of Mexican cinema, Pedro Infante was one of the country's biggest stars. Nicknamed El Ãdolo, the dashing actor had a prolific film career that boasted over 60 pictures. Tragically, Infante died in a plane crash in 1957, breaking the hearts of millions of fans and abruptly bringing to an end, some say, this boom period for Mexico's film industry. In this release from the COLECCION PEDRO INFANTE, however, his legacy lives on. LA OVEJA NEGRA tells the story of a young man (Infante) burdened by his womanizing father.
