Rolli is just another resident in Rolli Village; full of tricks, mischief and mayhem. He simply hates bathing, kissing and doing the right thing. When he comes across Millie, a beautiful little elf girl, he finds himself making a new friend; one that likes flowers, beauty and living peacefully.
