Previously filmed as "City Hunter" with Jackie Chan, story follows Ben Chow--Mr Mumbles, an ace-marksman with a police commando unit, after he is fired for arriving late to a training exercise. Soon he is hired by a triad boss to find his missing daughter, a woman named Cher, who, it turns out, has previously been the object of Mumble's advances. After her sleazy fiance is murdered, Mumble is hired as her bodyguard while also being hunted by a mysterious Wai-heung and some of his former commando buddies.
