The modern Bollywood musical I...PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN is a hardhitting action-drama about English racism toward South Asian immigrants in London. When I (Sohail Khan) travels to London for a family visit, the Punjab resident finds that the local Indian community faces a dual threat in the forms of racism from a gang of neo-Nazi skinheads and animosity from rival Pakistani immigrants. Trouble brews when I transgresses both racial boundaries by standing up to the skinheads and falling in love with a Pakistani girl.
