A deal broker puts together a team of mercenaries lead by John Seegar for the CIA's covert operation to topple an African island government. After the mission goes awry and the broker needs Seeger for another mission to free a druglord from a Capetown prison, he holds hostage the mother and young son of Seeger's late best friend.
