With Phish having been on Hiatus for two years, and Phil Lesh and Friends having just reunited, the summer of 2002 was quite a tumultuous time for jam band fans. It's no wonder that this music festival in Tennessee attracted over 100,000 people, becoming the largest jam band festival in history. Canadian filmmaker Greg Hemmings brought his digital video camera along for the ride as he hitched his way to the event, documenting the entire process in an attempt to capture the intensity of "head culture." A bonus documentary featuring Brucke Cockburn, Brothers Kreagan and Blue Quarter among others compliments concert footage of bands including The Slip, Jukejoint, Bullfrog, Grand Theft Bus, The Jimmy Swift Band, Mark Wilson & The Way It Is, and Adam Klipple & Drive-by Leslie. Footage of the bands and their devoted fans paints an accurate picture of a music community that has evolved into an entire subculture.
