Legendary Mexican superstar Pedro Infante stars in this romantic comedy-musical about Braulio (Pedro Infante), a rural school teacher whose clumsiness and nearsightedness lands him in an car accident with a stranger. To repair the damage, Braulio invites the stranger to his home, where he turns out to be Braulio's mother and sister's favorte actor. The star promises Braulio's sister stardom if she accompanies him to the big city, and so Braulio agrees to go along with her. Once there, the spotlight is on Braulio and not his sister. But is Braulio strong and thick enough to handle his newfound popularity?
