In the sunshine of Venice Beach and suburbia, a storm comes raining down when the prodigal son, Jeff, decides to do the right thing and stay with the troubled young woman he gets pregnant. The decision goes against the sage advice of his best friend and father Tony, setting up a turbulent conflict within Jeff over his allegiance to the family that raised him and the one he is in the process of creating.
