ECHO OF BLUE is the tale of a body-slashing serial killer on the loose in a city of bureaucratic power, corruption, and lies. There are few clues and a rising body count as authorities engage in a wild goose chase while trying to capture the elusive killer. A beautiful woman takes on the case and must contend with dead bodies, a crazed assassin, and a murderous partner as she simultaneously attempts to bring the killer to justice and avoids becoming his next victim.
