Yam stars as Fong, a mad doctor who has invented a serum that turns ordinary people into superhumans. However, his experiment soon goes awry, as his superhumans begins terrorizing the general public. Soon, a police inspector named Chan has caught on to Fong, though Chan doesn't realize that Fong has targeted him as his next guinea pig. MPAA Rating: Not Rated
