The internationally acclaimed flutist Paul Horn gets in touch with his spiritual side and teams of with the Tibetan Buddhist monk Lama Tenzin on this personal, mental, and geographical journey. The New Age instrumentalist and the monk travel from Kathmandu, Nepal--nestled in the breathtaking Himalayas--to Lhasa, Tibet. Each man has his own personal quest; Horn's desire is to become the first Westerner to record music inside various Tibetan temples, while Lama Tenzin is looking to reunite with his estranged family, who he had to flle from four decades before. Actor-country singer Kris Kristofferson narrates.
