After an early release from a yearlong prison sentence for a crime he didn't commit, Charlie Taylor returns to his girlfriend Randi whom informs him that the District Attorney--and, coincidentally, her ex-boyfriend--has helped to find him a job. He will be working for Emma (Kim Dawson), the wife of an extremely wealthy businessman named Lance De Layley. Charlie is reluctant when he discovers his "job" is to stage a kidnapping of Lance's daughter, which leaves him to believe that somebody may be attempting to set him up. Trying to free himself from this obviously dangerous situation, Charlie finds himself in a maze of lies, deceit, and sexual deviance.
