Former boxing champion Orlando Leone, who retired from the sport to take over his father's ministry, is pulled into a confrontation with the belligerant current champ, Keshon Banks. When unscrupulous boxing promoter Laracco hears of trouble between the two boxers, he decides to exploit the situation. Laracco blackmails Orlando back into the ring to fight Banks, but Orlando has loftier ambitions in mind. If he wins the prize fight, he swears to use every dime of his earnings to fulfill his dream of building a modern youth center for troubled teens.
