Sex-workers at San Francisco's Lusty Lady strip club decide first to unionize and then go on strike in an effort to win better work conditions and end workplace discrimination. After months of struggle the union is successful and most of their demands are met, triggering a series of similar unionizing efforts for sex-workers around the United States.
