A crime kingpin decides to settle old scores, and he dispatches two ruthless hit men, Ray (Van Dien) and A.K. (Fox) to collect all unpaid debts. But the pair make a fatal mistake when they opt instead to do a job that will result in the payoff of a huge bundle of cash rather than simply following orders. Soon, they are being tracked by a beautiful detective (Oxenberg), with whom Ray may be mysteriously linked. A trail of mayhem follows the two men wherever they turn, and they struggle to avoid the police as well as their boss in order to escape the city alive.
