Critics Reviews Average Grade:   N/A
NZone,
(1 out of 5 stars) "Martin Lawrence stars in his second Hollywood vehicle but can his film overcome the comparisons to an 'Eddie Murphy comedy' or 'the black Mrs. Doubtfire.'" Full Review...
Cinema Sense,
(Gold) "Martin Lawrence is a scream in this story about assumed identity, romance, and the tensions between home town and urban values. We howled until our sides ached." Full Review...
Deseret News (Salt Lake City),
(1.5 stars) "...though star Martin Lawrence hasn't exactly demonstrated a personality worthy of being on the big screen, [this] film squanders even his meager talents." Full Review...
E! Online,
(grade: B+) "Hitting the mark with most of his well-timed jokes, Lawrence only falls down when he means to." Full Review...
