Set in the exotic and gritty streets of modern day Kingston, is a story which tells the tale of two friends whose lives have taken them on very different directions. Capone, a star crime fighter, is transferred back to his former hometown where he meets up with an old friend, Ratty, who operates as the right hand of the notorious local don, Wonie. Capone is alarmed that the friend he considered a brother, is now the lead man in a violent gunrunning scheme. Torn between their loyalty to each other and their present lives, each tries to convince the other to join ranks. Caught in between their struggle is Rita, Capone's childhood sweetheart who, against huge odds, has built an honest life in the community. Powerless to intercede, she watches her friends clash over their conflicting ideals. Unable and unwilling to compromise or change their directions, Capone and Ratty's battle unfolds.
