Tsui Chik was the head of an elite combat team, Squad 701, developed by "a northern country" until it was marked for elimination--when the project was deemed a failure. Now he's hiding out in Hong Kong as a geeky librarian; however Tsui's lured back into combat when other survivors of the squad start offing the colony's drugs lords to take over their business.
