Jim Broadbent (Professor Slugworth from the "Harry Potter" films) provides the voice of Santa, while Bill Nighy (Davy Jones from "Pirates of the Caribbean") plays his father, Grandsanta. In real life, Broadbent is seven months older than Nighy.
