Synopsis:
The story of Jerri Blank (Amy Sedaris), a 46 year-old ex-junkie and ex-con who emerges from her long prison stay and returns to high school in a bid to start her life over. With hopes that her scholastic success will bring her father out of his 32-year coma, Jerri tries to become the ideal daughter and win the school science fair.
