Pulse

Your pulse is the rate at which the heart beats. A pulse can be felt wherever an artery passes near to the skin’s surface, such as the inner wrist or neck. The pulse can vary depending on things such as exercising, sleeping or stress. To test your pulse, use your index and middle fingers to find the pulse on your wrist or neck, then count how many beats you feel per minute. It is also beneficial to know if you have any irregularities, such as missed or irregular beats, as this could be a sign of artery health issues.
