FACT TWO: Borrowed Diamonds Aren't Forever
This movie is about finding treasure; their last one was about wearing it. For a big scene in their first film together, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, the filmmakers borrowed over $14 million worth of jewels from the legendary House of Harry Winston. Kate herself wore nearly $5.5 million in diamond jewelry in just one scene.

FACT THREE: He's Not From a Land Down Under
While their new movie is set in the Caribbean, it was actually shot in Australia where Matthew lived for a year after high school. When he came back to attend college, he kept speaking in the Australian accent he picked up there. It wasn't until his parents came for a visit that his classmates knew he was a Texan.

FACT FIVE: This Time They're in Over Their Head
Much of Fool's Gold happens on or under the water, which meant the actors had to learn to scuba dive. As it happens, Matthew was already certified to dive, and he received his advanced certificate during production. Kate had no diving experience, but she fell in love with it instantly during her first dive on the Great Barrier Reef. Take a look at the trailer below to see them both in action.
