Synopsis:
Rowan Atkinson stars as an accident-prone MI-7 agent on a mission to rescue Britain's crown jewels and save the country and the monarchy from a Machiavellian French business magnate named Sauvage (John Malkovich).

Johnny's not completely on his own, though. He's got his very own sidekick named Bough (Ben Miller), and the help of double agent Lorna Campbell (Natalie Imbruglia in her feature film debut) who also happens to be the object of English's desires.
