Synopsis:
Vin Diesel is tough DEA agent Sean Vetter, who sets out to revenge his wife's brutal murder in a botched hit. As the drug wars rage along the US/Mexico border, a major player from the Baja Cartel is imprisoned, and a mysterious figure known as Diablo wrests control over the entire operation.
