    ‘Twilight’ Fan Tattoos

    A tattoo is the ultimate mark of devotion. It is, after all, a permanent, visible statement of who you are and what you believe.  Stephanie Meyer's "Twilight" series have legions of fervently devoted fans who will go to great lengths to display their enthusiasm. With "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" — the penultimate Twilight movie -- set to release this month (November 18), we've put together a gallery of some folks that got inked to show that they are truly hardcore Twi-hards.

    Tune in for the live premiere event on November 14, 5pm PST/8pm EST, only on Yahoo! Movies.

      I'm I the only one who finds it creepy that they tattooed the faces of actor's onto their bodies? They are actors... just people... not the characters they play... and their face is on your body. Creepy. (let alone that they are going to regret the fact that they have a teenage-obsession on their bodies forever). I guess I just don't get it. I love Harry Potter, and I still wouldn't get that tattooed on my body... it would just seem... a little eccentric.

        But a Vulcan can only live a few centuries before some of them go batshyt crazy, like Sarek. Vampires are immortal. I win, you lose!!!

        vampires could go insane too. if you live forever, you'll going to get sick of living at some point and go insane

        yeah Heidi has a point- i mean just look at Jane.... nuff said. but hey trekkies have Sarek, Twi-hards have Jane, Potter fans have Bellatrix. All major fandoms need someone freaking bananas!

      Do you think there are 30 somethings running around with quotes from the movie Lost Boys tattooed on them? Kinda seems like the same stupid idea. It's a teen movie, when your 30 you will feel soooooooo stupid for having a portrait of this on your body.

        My cousin has a tattoo that says "Emma," which is her DOG! I understand that she loves the animal like her child, but imagine the issue in twenty years, same for these Twi-fans...:O

      I think I'm going to learn tattoo removal. There is going to be a huge market for it in a few years. Can you imagine Granny with Twilight ink?

        "Oh, it was just a book I read when I was young..."
      • Jason 6 months ago
        No, "It was a movie I saw when I was young. I can't read so I stick to movies"

        I highly doubt grannies will give two shites about their tattoos. I think they'll be concerned mostly with, I don't know, the burdens of old age?

      Does this mean that my CHiPs and 6Million Dollar Man tattoos aren't cool anymore?

      Steve-O's self portrait that covers his entire back is less retarded.

      I'm all for tattoos (have three myself), but to get a tattoo of something so superficial and as "temporary" as this kind of passing fad is just asinine.

      Man I remember when vampires were cool, and even scary.

      Nosferatu, Lugosi, the Hammer Films even. I miss my old Vampires. ;_;
