Drag Gone Bad

In the '40s, Bugs Bunny would don a dress and somehow knock Elmer Fudd off his feet while winking at the audience. It was comic gold. Fast-forward 70 years, actors and comedians are still taking a page out of Bugs's playbook and going in drag. The latest example is Adam Sandler in "Jack and Jill." He plays not only family man and successful advertising exec Jack, but also his loud-mouthed twin sister Jill. Sandler makes for a very disconcerting-looking woman and that is, of course, part of the joke.

We've put together a gallery of some of Hollywood's leading men -- from Robert Downey Jr. in the upcoming "Sherlock Holmes" sequel to Dustin Hoffman in "Tootsie" -- who donned blouses and blush for a role to comedic, and frequently jarring, effect.
