    Several news outlets in Europe are reporting that sexy Spanish actress Penelope Cruz is in talks to play the female lead in what's now being called "Bond 24." And now Cruz's name is hot all over the web. Overall searches on Yahoo! for "Penelope Cruz" are up 201 percent in the past 24 hours and 121 percent in the past week. (Searches for her name also spiked late last week when new photos of the 39-year-old actress's baby bump surfaced.) Her name is also trending on Twitter in Spain — go figure.

    An unnamed source said to be close to the production has been quoted as saying, "The producers have tried to get Penelope before, but she has never been available because of other commitments. The discussions have been going on for some time and they are working out the contract details now." (Sony Pictures, the current studio behind the Bond films, have declined
