Universal Pictures
• This is from earlier in the week, but we didn't want it to fall through the cracks. Tom Hanks is getting ready to shoot "A Captain's Duty" with "United 93" director Paul Greengrass, but after that he may star in the big-screen version of "In the Garden of Beasts," which is based on a nonfiction book about the United States' ambassador to Berlin in the years before World War II who only slowly began to realize just how evil Adolf Hitler really was. It very much sounds like a drama in the "Schindler's List" vein. As much as we all like Hanks, though, be honest: You wouldn't mind if he just did "Toy Story" shorts for the rest of his career.
