The film, which was the only wide release this weekend, landed in sixth place -- behind five other movies that have already been out.

Indications the rom-com would bomb came earlier in the week when the film -- in which Dennis Quaid, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Uma Thurman also appear -- received a slew of bad reviews. "One of the year's worst," was in the headline of Christy Lemire's Associated Press review.

It took several years, a new script and even convincing from none other than Leonardo DiCaprio before director Steven Spielberg could get Day-Lewis to even consider taking on the weighty, historical role.

"I approached Daniel first to play Lincoln. He turned me down. That was about eight, nine years ago. And then Liam [Neeson] and I had a very healthy flirt about possibly doing this together," Spielberg said with a laugh at a press conference in Beverly Hills in late October, attended by Yahoo! Movies. Spielberg's chuckles seemed to confess that he and Neeson were more than flirting -- the actor was attached to the project for roughly five years.

But before you think she's undressing just for a man, think again. The steamy scene is happening with Sharon Stone, who reportedly plays a wealthy dermatologist opposite Vergara's glasses designer character.

Rumors of a woman-on-woman love scene -- in which Turturro may also be in the mix -- have been swirling for months. But in April, Vergara said the rumors were just that:

It's only understandable that some "Twilight" cast members told Yahoo! Movies they were quite glad to finish up.

"I was so happy to take my wig off and take my contacts out. My eyes were burning and I couldn't really process the fact that it was over. We kind of just left." Nikki Reed (Rosalie) said of her final moment filming "Breaking Dawn."

Yahoo! Movies recently sat down with "Twilight" heartthrobs Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, who revealed their thoughts about the ongoing public debate between their characters. And while everyone knew the studio got a lot of mileage out of the rivalry, and some are still questioning its authenticity, Pattinson himself, confirmed it was a rivalry invented purely by business strategists.

"That was not from the fans either. That was kind of, uh, marketing," Pattinson slyly revealed during our recent interview. "We're both on the same team," he joked.

From Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson to the new vampires in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2," Yahoo! Movies captured their well wishes in a very special fan cam at Monday night's world premiere in Los Angeles.

Stewart's message to fans was heartfelt while Pattinson said he was embarrassed. But it was Nikki Reed who outdid them all, staying with the fans to sign autographs while the rest of the stars in attendance watched the film indoors.
