Questions like, who would direct? (Answer: Gavin Hood, director of “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” and the Oscar-winning “Tsotsi.") And who would play the gifted young strategist Andrew “Ender” Wiggin? (It’s Asa Butterfield, star of Martin Scorsese’s “Hugo.”) And who would be the tough-as-nails commanding officer Graff? (It is none other than Harrison Ford (!) in his first true sci-fi film in three decades.)
