Mandy Patinkin lost the supporting actor award, but otherwise, it was a sweep of the TV drama statues for Showtime's "Homeland" at the Golden Globe Awards.
The series, which concluded its second season in December, earned Best Drama honors, and best lead actor and actress Golden Globes for stars Damian Lewis and Claire Danes.
The awards came for a season that was not as overwhelmingly positively received as the drama's debut season.

Though President Barack Obama has called himself a fan of the show, some fans and critics questioned the plausibility of several Season 2 plot points (the Brody/VP/pacemaker episode, specifically) and were frustrated with the emphasis on and direction of the Carrie and Brody relationship.
